The sixteen students of the Robinson Risner Squadron bring their own paths, majors, and goals to one shared mission. Here's more on the staff behind the bid.

Clayton Park
Clayton Park is a Political Science–International Relations major at the University of California, Irvine, targeting the 71S Office of Special Investigations career field. As National Commander, he hopes to preserve AAS's historical record for future generations.

Beyond the uniform, Clayton is a lifelong horror-genre reader and a decade-long competitive dancer specializing in salsa, tango, and merengue. He's also an avid collector of more than 400 pieces of vinyl and CD music memorabilia.

Jacob De La Cerda
Jacob De La Cerda is a Mechanical Engineering major at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, targeting the 11X Pilot career field. As Deputy National Commander, he hopes to foster interest and activity within AAS by assisting in executive decision-making and acting as a communication bridge between National Staff and Regional Staffs.
- Two-Term Squadron Parliamentarian: Guidance on parliamentary procedure and Robert's Rules of Order, ensuring efficiency, proper protocols, and adherence to constitutional guidelines
- Mentored, evaluated, and prepared 38 AAS candidates over a rigorous 7 training day, 25-hour training program, fostering professional development, military bearing, and core values
- Det 002 Safety Lead: Actively evaluated 70 hours of training environments to ensure cadet welfare, monitoring weather conditions and enforcing safety protocols
- Det 002 Morale Lead: Created, planned, and executed 5 morale events for 110+ cadets that drew record attendance
- 45+ community service hours across 5+ non-profit organizations
- Logged 30 hours as Chief Editor for Gen-Z Votes California Central Valley
Beyond the uniform, Jacob enjoys staying active and exploring the outdoors. He's an avid hiker and urban explorer, and also has a passion for shooting sports and auto racing.

Nathaniel Myrbostad
Nathaniel Myrbostad is a Communication Studies major at San Bernardino Valley College, targeting the 11FX Fighter Pilot career field. As Deputy Director of Operations, he hopes to optimize national operations through a streamlined execution system that reduces administrative friction and gives national leadership clear visibility into progress.
- Two-Term Joint Relations Officer: built a strong foundation in establishing Silver Wings chapters
- Driving execution across all squadrons through the National Training Team Plan and Consistent Master Tracker
- Spearheaded a Test of Basic Aviation Skills prep program for 30 cadets
- Onboarded 16 new cadets and mentored 4 cadets in physical fitness
- Trained personnel in professional military memorandum writing

- Ranked in the top third of his class for two consecutive semesters

Beyond the uniform, Nathaniel stays active through regular exercise and hiking. He channels his interest in aviation into operating flight simulators during his personal time, and enjoys exploring diverse culinary experiences.

Israel Martinez
Israel Martinez is a Psychology major at California State University, San Bernardino, targeting the 32X Combat Systems Officer career field. As Director of Information Management, he hopes to optimize the flow of information across AAS by establishing communication networks and increasing national transparency, developing data management systems and seamless protocols for squadrons nationwide.
- Prior Squadron Finance Officer: Maintained financial accountability and audited funding to support squadron initiatives
- Current Inspector General: Mentor and support resource for AAS candidates
- Det 002 Physical Training Lead: Supported 30+ hours of rigorous physical fitness and standardization for 110+ wing cadets, mentoring cadets to maximize detachment physical readiness
- Det 002 Recruiting Lead: Organized 5 outreach events, driving active engagement and wing population growth
- Two-time Detachment 002 Cadet of the Month recipient for demonstrating superior peer leadership and military bearing
- Earned Dean's List academic honors across three consecutive terms at College of the Desert
- Shift Lead for 85°C Bakery operations: Supervises floor staff, manages daily cash drops and inventory reconciliation, and maintains strict quality control and safety standards during peak retail hours
Beyond the uniform, Martinez enjoys hiking, photography, working out, and exploring new food. Japan is his most-visited country, and he has a pet parrot named Archie.

Ashly Case
Ashly Case is a Russian major at Irvine Valley College, targeting the 35P Public Affairs career field. As Director of Public Affairs, she hopes to elevate the AAS national brand through a synchronized visual identity and a modernized, cohesive digital presence, currently leading the National Staff Public Affairs initiatives from NatStaff Bid flyers to the national website.
- Det 002 Public Affairs Assistant: helped create 15+ social media posts generating nearly 79,000 views and over 1,100 new followers
- Earned the AFROTC Achievement Award (top 15% of Detachment Corps)
- Logged 400+ lifetime volunteer hours across 18+ organizations
- Det 002 Community Service Assistant: managed operations from start to finish for the San Diego Spartan Race Event Weekend; led a team of over a dozen AFROTC cadets, contributing to 70+ cumulative hours of detachment community impact
- One of only two AS100 cadets selected to meet with the Southwest Region Commander
- 4.00 GPA across 69 total college credits
- Served as a NOAA Youth Ambassador, overseeing national community volunteering efforts and spearheading a high-impact environmental service event for over 40 student volunteers
- Achieved national publication status in Summer 2024 for original creative writing

Beyond the uniform, Ashly is an endurance racer (8 races and counting), kids ministry leader, and a certified scuba diver. She was also selected as the 2026 Baylor Spurlock Scholar, representing U.S. democracy on delegations to Mongolia and Korea.

Breanna Bates
Breanna Bates is an Intelligence & Crime Analysis major at Victor Valley College, targeting the 14N Intelligence career field. As Deputy Director of Public Affairs, she hopes to strengthen the professional image of AAS, unify communications across squadrons, and drive cohesive nationwide engagement.
- Director of Operations: oversees Community Service, Public Affairs, and Morale teams
- Prior Det 002 Public Affairs Chief: led a six-member team and grew Detachment 002's Instagram presence through cross-detachment collaborations, while spearheading the design and publication of the detachment's first-ever annual yearbook
- Det 002 Physical Training Lead: Facilitated 30+ hours of physical fitness operations for 110+ cadets, overseeing high-intensity conditioning programs and tracking individual fitness progress
- Earned the Achievement Award (top 15% of Detachment Corps) for her performance as Public Affairs Chief

- Valedictorian of Victor Valley College; earned her Associate's degree in Criminal Justice
Beyond the uniform, Breanna has played basketball for over a decade, including on her collegiate team, and is now training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. She enjoys traveling, backpacking, running, working out, trying new foods, and spending time with loved ones.

Kane Bonano
Kane Bonano is an Environmental Engineering major at the University of California, Riverside, targeting the 62XX Developmental Engineer career field. As Director of Training, he hopes to forge a national training culture rooted in AAS traditions and heritage. Kane is dedicated to building resilient leaders who can succeed in professional organizations, focusing on making AAS members feel like they truly belong.
- Chief of Staff: synchronizes squadron operations and strategic initiatives by leading a diverse 21-person staff responsible for financial management, public relations, joint military-civilian affairs, and rigorous training programs
- Prior Candidate Training Assistant and Candidate Training Officer: helped train over 50+ new AAS members
- Led the training and activation of 38 candidates, successfully onboarding over 90% into full-time active status
- Revived traditional trainings and implemented new 5 heritage events for the squadron
- Logged 2,000+ local community service hours
- Det 002 Morale Team Assistant: Cultivated cohesion and retention for 100+ cadets by planning team-building events and sustaining a positive culture during high-stress training
- Det 002 Drill & Ceremonies Assistant: Instructed military drill for 100+ cadets, enforcing rigorous standards of bearing to prepare personnel for formal ceremonies and inspections
- Det 002 Recruiting Chief Lead: Spearheaded campus outreach initiatives, briefings, and networking events that expanded the organization's recruitment pipeline and visibility
- Det 002 Interest-Specific Club Lead: Pioneered the curriculum and structure for a brand-new program, establishing a sustainable model for specialized student engagement
Beyond the uniform, Kane enjoys backpacking, cooking, and reading. He is a proven problem-solver who successfully bounced back from a severe compound fracture, and drinks a different Red Bull flavor for different occasions.

Gavin Dalton
Gavin Dalton is an Aerospace Engineering major at Mt. San Jacinto College, targeting the 11EX Experimental Pilot career field. As Deputy Director of Training, he hopes to improve training standards across AAS and build a more personalized experience for future members.
- Prior Operations Support Assistant: Facilitated operations by managing administrative tracking, organizing resources, and driving efficiency across multiple squadron projects
- Candidate Training Assistant: Facilitating rigorous professional development and standardized evaluation protocols to train, mentor, and prepare incoming candidates for AAS leadership roles
- Contributed to an intensive training plan for 38 incoming candidates, drawing on his own impactful candidacy experience
- Det 002 Safety and Wellness Assistant: oversaw the safety of 110+ cadets, improving the team's communication operations and supply management
- Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America
- Logged 425 volunteer hours through Scouting and 20 more with Arnold Air Society
- Certified as a WWII Aircraft Restoration Specialist, and through NYLT and Foxfire training

Juan Torres
Juan Torres is a Cyber Defense major at California State University San Bernardino, targeting the 17X Cyberspace Operations Officer. As Deputy Director of Joint Relations, he hopes to expand relations between AAS and Silver Wings and grow Alumni involvement in the program, building lasting partnerships that strengthen ties to AAS history and its broader community.
- Region X Deputy of Joint Relations: Cultivates and manages partnerships between AAS and Silver Wings across Region X, coordinating joint initiatives to align regional operations with national objectives
- Established a partnership with the Fisheries Resource Volunteer Corps (FRVC), an organization dedicated to protecting and monitoring 16 wild trout streams and rivers in the Angeles and San Bernardino National Forests
- Leading disaster prevention initiatives through service, aligning conservation efforts with this year's Joint National Project on disaster prevention
- Community Service Lead: Dedicated over 40+ hours contacting and organizing community service events for Robinson Risner Squadron

Beyond the uniform, he stays active through camping, hiking, calisthenics, Mixed Martial Arts, fishing, surfing, and snowboarding. Juan is eager to apply his logistics and operations experience to drive national impact.

JuanPablo Rodriguez
JuanPablo Rodriguez is an Aerospace Engineering major at Chaffey Community College, targeting the 11FX Fighter Pilot career field. As Director of Financial Management, he is driven by the legacy left behind by those before him, presenting an effective and transparent financial plan that benefits every member of Silver Wings and Arnold Air Society.
- Candidate Training Assistant: Mentors and evaluates candidates through a rigorous training curriculum, fostering professional development, discipline, and alignment with squadron standards
- Det 002 Recruiting leadership: Directing 10+ hours of recruitment operations, managing peer teams to orchestrate campus outreach and expand Det 002's community outreach

Beyond the uniform, JuanPablo loves being outdoors, including fishing, surfing, hiking, or flying a kite. He is a dependable and resourceful peer, equally trusted to provide support during unexpected challenges as he takes initiative on team-building and wellness efforts.

Julio Ramirez
Julio Ramirez is a Computer Engineering major at Riverside City College, targeting the 62XX Developmental Engineering career field. As Deputy Director of Financial Management, he hopes to help all FM officers build better continuity, consistency, and practices, improving systems and providing reliable resources so squadrons can become more efficient and organized with how funds are utilized.
- Prior Financial Management Officer: Directed the squadron's annual budget, supervising dues collection, fund allocation, and financial compliance to secure the operational resources necessary for all community service and training initiatives
- Identified gaps in FM resources and support after stepping into the role, driving his push for better systems and continuity
- Employed as a Computer Lab Aide at RCC, assisting students with C++ programming
